Be sure the Nicklaus entry gate is notified of your arrival beforehand. You will need a code word to enter.

at the house

Enjoy it.

Please turn off pool heat and spa if you are not using them.

Even though there’s an enormous ashtray in the living room, it’s for 60’s era decoration only. Please don’t smoke in the house.

Please take your shoes off if you’re going to lay down on the couch.

Before you leave

Turn off the pool and spa heat and spa mode.

Turn off the two thermostat zones.

Close all blinds.

Empty the trash. The garbage cans are located on the east side of the house.

Please clean all dishes and put them away.
